Yeah, that's some powerful shizz. The cookbook that suggested I use it was full of warnings :D

Damn. I was thinking it was an Only Fans porno camera, which obviously needs a slow-mo function for the money shots.

I got really sucked in by the Amazon ‘Prime Day’ sale.

I’d been looking at some tools (pole hedge trimmer, chainsaw, stick vacuum) that use the same battery as my drills etc for a long time, I was going to end up buying them eventually anyway but as they were 40 to 50% off I just got them all and convinced myself if saved money in the long run. So convinced by the saving, that I also added two watches to the order, so that I could save my nicer watch for more special occasions.

One of the coffee bores I used to know used to say vacuum sealing the beans in bags and freezing it worked really well for preserving freshness. I’m pretty sure he also used to freeze ground coffee.

Please tell me about this fan. I’ve developed a sudden interest in fans and have been looking at one of those shark misting fans, but I want to find a fan that actually makes a difference. I know that fans don’t cool the air, they just move it around, but I want it to move a lot of air over me, quietly.

I bought some 100cm tall picket fence panels and a gate. Unfortunately I wasn’t here when the order was delivered, so it was only today, when we had family over to help us put up the fence, that Russell took the delivered panels from the garden and I noticed that they were only 80cm tall.

But the gate was 100cm tall.

We need a 100cm tall fence to keep Noodle secure and safe, so instead of putting up a gate today, Russell and Pa took a 3 hour ground trip to return them and pick up new ones in a car they borrowed from my brother (as it is a large vehicle with a roof rack).

Anyway, I’m posting this here rather than in the DIY thread as the fence did not get done.

We bought the fan because my daughter has recently bought one for her bedroom and thinks it's the dogs's bollocks.

It's quite quiet, has very variable speed settings and a small remote control so you can fiddle with it if it's not right next to you. It can be set to oscillate from side to side AND up and down. It has an Eco setting that detects the ambient temperature and automatically set the fan speed appropriately.

You can see the Instruction Manual for more details here -> https://www.manualslib.com/manual/22722 ... -1056.html

Oasis T shirt, baggy shorts, flip-flops, face mask and a bucket hat, and you're good to go. The faster you go, the cooler you get.

That’s what you bought it for, come on. The van step is a bonus.

We’re not on the rides till tomorrow thankfully, cools to a moderate 25° they’re saying. Room has AC so worth the price alone for that so far.
