This week, I had the incredible privilege of serving as a judge for the 'If You Were an Engineer, What Would You Do?' competition!

This inspiring national initiative is free and open to all pupils aged 3-19, encouraging young minds to think creatively, tackle problems, and dream big in the world of engineering.
Seeing the passion and ingenuity of the next generation of engineers is truly amazing—they're ready to shape the future!
Find out more about this fantastic opportunity at leadersaward.com. Let's keep fostering innovation together!

I also have leaflets available if you'd like to take them into schools!

my fav was from a nursery year group... She wanted to create a net to catch stars. as her arms were too short.

Then from the same group a glow in the dark spray f or dogs so they can be seen in the dark.

As they get older and more aware of science, we get a lot, of plastic sorters and stuff to remove pollution from the sea.
